Our Focus Retreat Weeks offer three days to step back, slow down and draw closer to God, here at Lee Abbey London. We host retreats several times a year, each with its own theme.
What’s included
Each retreat includes teaching, reflection, prayer and sharing together. They’re open to students during the university holidays, to guests staying with us, and to anyone in our wider community. You’re welcome to take part in as much or as little as you wish, even just the morning teaching session if that’s all you have time for.
We have a canteen-style lunch provision with vegetarian and meat options. Please contact the organiser if you have any allergies or other specific dietary requirements.
