We have a great selection of room types to suit all needs and budgets. Our wide range of individual and shared rooms have all the space you need for studying and relaxing. They include study desks with Internet access and hand basins. Some also feature en-suite facilities.

Prices are for the current academic year, per person per week for residents staying at least one academic term. They are based on continuous occupancy for at least one full term. Our prices include all utilities and meals (half-board during the week, full-board at weekends).

To become a resident of Lee Abbey London, apply online. We take many factors into account when considering your application.
Fees
You must pay your fees in advance on or before the start of each term. We accept bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, travellers’ cheques, or a personal cheque.
If you pay your fees for the full academic year in advance, you will be eligible for a discount.
If you would like to pay in instalments, please pay according to the following schedule:
- Fees for the first 16 weeks are due before the start of the academic year
- Fees for the next 8 weeks are due before the start of the spring term in January
- Fees for the final 15 weeks are due by early March
If you need special payment arrangements (such as loan disbursement, grants or scholarships), please make an appointment to see us or send an email to the Accommodation Office so we can discuss things with you.
Room deposit
If we offer you a place, we will ask you for a deposit equivalent to four weeks’ room rental. We hold this separately from the fees and will return it after you leave.
