Lee Abbey London is a vibrant community of people who have chosen to live, work, worship, and serve together. Our volunteers come from many countries, cultures, and Christian traditions.
We believe that authentic Christian community is one of the most powerful ways to share the Gospel. Through hospitality, friendship, prayer, discipleship, and everyday service, we create an environment where everyone can flourish. We support each other, grow together in faith, and serve with purpose, welcoming students from around the world to a place they can call home.
A volunteering opportunity at Lee Abbey is also a commitment to community life. As well as serving in practical roles, team members participate in daily worship and prayer, Bible study and mission. It can be challenging, rewarding and transformational, as we see God at work in us and others.
We offer
A weekly discipleship programme
which includes discussion groups and teaching on relational mission, how to share our faith, prayer, bible, core Christian beliefs and more
A rhythm of life, work and daily worship
that this is both challenging and fun; fulfilling and aspirational as we share ourselves with others
