Our personality and awareness of others can either mobilise us or limit us in a team environment. Over these three days we will introduce the Enneagram and “Love Languages” models, applying them to how we work together in a way that helps everyone to flourish and feel appreciated.
What’s included
Each retreat includes teaching, reflection, prayer and sharing together. They’re open to students during the university holidays, to guests staying with us, and to anyone in our wider community. You’re welcome to take part in as much or as little as you wish, even just the morning teaching session if that’s all you have time for.
We have a canteen-style lunch provision with vegetarian and meat options. Please contact the organiser if you have any allergies or other specific dietary requirements.
