If you’re a Christian resident student at Lee Abbey London, and would like to get involved with mission and outreach projects in partner churches as a viable alternative to getting a part-time job, the Lighthouse Project is for you.
Work for up to 8 hours a week in a partner project, and in return we will reduce your rent from our bursary fund.
Opportunities include
- Women’s shelter
- Refugee support
- Homeless project and night shelter
- Food bank and Community Kitchen
- Youth Clubs
- High street book table and outreach events
You will need to be passionate about your Christian faith, provide three references, have a DBS (police) check done and be trained in safeguarding awareness.
